When the classes/course will be start?

Admissions are open for the -Batch.once the batch admissions gets closed your will get notified for the course commencement because we don't want to missed any student from the sessions.

How can I change my specialization?

Student’s can change their specialization before the 2 nd semester examination and process to change specialization as follows:

Student need to mention required specialization in specialization change form. And fees applicable to change specialization is ₹ 2500/-

They have to send the form and fees receipt to the university.

What is the process of submission of internal assignments?

Every subject portion is divided in two parts internal assessment and external assessment.

Weightage for internal is 30 and external exam contributes 70%.

Online Assignments submission : Till July’18 Batch

Students need to submit both the assignments exclusively for each subject. In case assignment is not submitted student will score fail in upcoming examination result.

Important Guidelines for Assignment Submission:

1.Student must attempt 2 assignments per subject through the LMS.

2.Passing Criteria is 40 marks in each assignment, in case the student gets less than 40, the student can click re-try option.

Offline Assignments submission : Jan-2019 on-wards

Students need to download the assignments questions from the link https://www.sgvu.edu.in/index.php/assignment and write it on the assignments response sheet https://www.sgvu.edu.in/assets/assignment/Blank_SGVU_Assignment%20Response%20 Sheet.pdf After completion of assignments students have to courier the hard copy of the assignments to the university address.

Regarding the Examination

Tentatively in Feb/march and Aug/Sept every year.

Examination form link opens on university website at least10- 15 days prior to examination date. Students has a choice to select subject, city, state, date and time. Student should be present at least 15 minutes before examination starts. Student need to submit online examination form with prior booking of exam slots. Student gets a window of 10 working days to attempt examination of all subject. Examination timings slots are between 10:00 am to 5:00 PM. Student will get 5 slots of examination in a day and they can give max 3 exams per day. After student fills examination form an auto generated acknowledgment with timetable email is sent to student immediately on the students registered email address.Student email id must be verified as only registered email id would get mail communications.Student will get their login credentials for the exams before one day of examination.

Exam conduction 70% weight age

Exam pattern is as follows.

For old syllabus 100 marks (70% Weightage)

50 MCQ are their one question for 2 Marks and total marks are 100.

For New Syllabus 70 Marks (70% weightage)

Total 52 Questions are their

A. 49 MCQ’s are their one questions for 1 Mark = 49 M

B. 3 Subjective questions one question for 7 mark = 21 M

Duration : 90 Min

When result/mark sheet would be received.

Online Result of examination will be publish after the 60-90 days from the last date of examination and hard copy of the mark sheet will be sent to the after 90 working days from the result deceleration

Project and lab Test

Lab Test : Applicable only for BCA and MCA

Project Work : Applicable for Last Semesters Student’s

Student’s have to prepare the project report own according to the below guidelines and submit to the university address.
